Job summary

InnoTech in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

You will manage AWS, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools, collaborate with clients and tech teams, and ensure reliability and security. The role requires 5+ years in DevOps/Cloud/SRE and fluency in English or German.

Qualifications

Your mission will be:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows;
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications in production environments;
• Ensure cloud infrastructure reliability, application monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance with SLAs;
• Work with AWS cloud environments, microservices architectures, and DevOps tools to optimize operational performance;
• Collaborate directly with clients and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and reliable service delivery.

You will need:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering;
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and GitLab;
• Practical knowledge of SonarQube, Grafana, and artifact management solutions;
• Experience with cloud operations, application monitoring, troubleshooting, microservices, and SLAs;
• English or German proficiency at B2 level or above;
• CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit.

Would be awesome if you have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas;
• Experience with Renovate, Trivy, and JFrog Artifactory;
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation;
• Experience with GitOps practices, GitLab CI/CD, Prometheus, and Grafana;
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and automated security controls;
• Previous experience working in Agile environments and using Jira and Confluence.
