InnoTech in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using C#/.NET and modern distributed architectures. You will work on cloud-native apps, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance while applying best practices in SRE and microservices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and help shape the evolution of our engineering platform.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience with C#/.NET, microservices, cloud apps, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in software development with event streaming technologies and cloud-native architectures.
• CPLP nationality or valid EU work permit.
• English proficiency (B2 or above).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software using C#/.NET and modern distributed architectures.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud-native applications with best practices in engineering, SRE, and microservices.
• Mentor engineers, drive technical decisions, and contribute to evolving the engineering platform.

Your mission will be:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions using C#/.NET and modern distributed architectures;
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud-native applications by applying best practices in software engineering, SRE, and microservices;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, driving technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and contributing to the continuous evolution of the engineering platform.

You will need:

• +6 years of experience using C#/.NET, microservices, event-driven architectures, cloud applications, Docker, Kubernetes, and NoSQL databases (preferably Elasticsearch);
• Proven experience in software development using C#/.NET, event streaming technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pulsar, or similar), cloud-native architectures, and technical leadership;
• CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit;
• English proficiency (B2 or above).

Would be awesome if you have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Previous experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
• Previous experience in Agile environments;
• Fluency in Portuguese.
