InnoTech seeks an experienced DevOps engineer to build and operate scalable platforms across Cloud and Kubernetes. You will own CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, and maintain secure VM and container images. The role emphasizes quality, security, and observability within modern delivery workflows.

Qualificações

• 5 years of experience managing DevOps environments based on Cloud and Kubernetes technologies.
• Strong experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD).
• Practical knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and container security checks.

Your Mission Will Be

• Build, operate, and continuously improve DevOps platforms running across Cloud and Kubernetes environments;
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as GitLab CI/CD, GitLab Runner, and YAML;
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration through Terraform and Ansible;
• Manage secure, versioned, and maintainable VM and container images throughout their lifecycle;
• Embed quality, security, testing, and observability practices into modern software delivery workflows.

You Will Need

• 5 years of experience managing DevOps environments based on Cloud and Kubernetes technologies, with practical knowledge of Helm and GitOps;
• Strong experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including GitLab CI/CD, GitLab Runner, and YAML-based configurations;
• Practical knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Dockerfiles, Linux, Bash, and Python, including automation and API integrations;
• Experience working with Maven/Gradle, JFrog Artifactory or Nexus, as well as integrating security checks and automated testing into CI/CD processes;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields;
• Experience with DevSecOps and tools such as SonarQube, Checkov, dependency scanners, and container/image security solutions;
• Familiarity with Argo CD and/or experience working with STACKIT environments;
• Advanced English proficiency, with Spanish language skills considered a plus;
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with an interest in automation, continuous improvement, and modern Cloud-native practices.
