InnoTech, a leading tech company in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a growth‑minded team. You will design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Next.js, while collaborating with business teams on architecture decisions and CI/CD.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, Git, and CI/CD practices, plus experience with agile environments, microservices, and cloud platforms such as AWS.

Qualificações

• Experience in full-stack development with Java, Spring Boot, React and Next.js.
• Experience with unit and integration testing, code reviews and best practices.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; EU work permit or CPLP nationality.

Your Mission Will Be

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Next.js;
• Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of applications through unit and integration testing, code reviews, and best development practices;
• Work closely with technical and business teams, contributing to architecture decisions, CI/CD processes, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

You Will Need

• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL/RDBMS, React, Next.js, Git, Maven, and CI/CD practices;
• Proven experience in fullstack development, including unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, code optimization, and GitHub workflows/actions;
• CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit;
• English proficiency (B2 or above);
• Fluency in Portuguese.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas;
• Previous experience with Agile environments, microservices, Hibernate/JPA, AWS or other cloud platforms, and TDD/BDD.
