InnoTech is growing its DevOps/SRE team in Porto, Portugal, and seeks hands-on professionals with a strong track record across on‑prem and cloud platforms.

You will work with a collaborative technical group to maintain reliable infrastructure, optimize deployment practices, and share knowledge across teams. This role emphasizes hands-on execution, continuous learning, and scalable operations in a hybrid Porto setting.

Your Mission Will Be

• Support and evolve reliable infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments;
• Work closely with the wider technical team to ensure stable, scalable, and efficient operations;
• Contribute to the management and improvement of infrastructure and deployment processes;
• Share your expertise with colleagues while continuously learning from the team;
• Be an active part of a collaborative environment where hands-on work and knowledge sharing are valued.

You Will Need

• 5–6+ years of solid hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or a closely related role;
• Experience working across a broad range of technologies and infrastructure solutions, including on-premises environments;
• Professional experience with both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures, with availability to work predominantly on-premises when required;
• strong team-oriented mindset;

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Experience working across different infrastructure and technology ecosystems;
• Previous experience in teams where on-site collaboration and knowledge exchange are valued;
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Porto, ideally around three days per week, with flexibility depending on team needs;
• An interest in developing your skills across both established and emerging technologies.
