InnoTech, based in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a DevOps Engineer to design and improve GitOps-driven delivery and Kubernetes platforms. You will deploy, configure, and refine clusters across k3s, k8s, and cloud environments, while building CI/CD pipelines with strong monitoring and reliability in mind.

The role emphasizes collaboration with development and operations teams to ensure high-availability deployments across Europe, using Terraform, Ansible, and modern IaC practices.

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience as a DevOps or SRE Engineer.
• Hands-on Kubernetes including RBAC, Ingress, networking, storage.
• Experience with ArgoCD or FluxCD in production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build GitOps-driven delivery workflows using ArgoCD and FluxCD.
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters across k3s, k8s, and cloud platforms.
• Create and optimise Helm charts, Kustomize configurations, and IaC with Terraform/Ansible.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and improve monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki.
• Collaborate with dev and ops teams for high-availability deployments in Europe.

Your Mission Will Be

• Build and enhance GitOps-driven delivery workflows using ArgoCD and FluxCD;
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes environments across k3s, k8s, and cloud platforms;
• Create and optimise Helm charts, Kustomize configurations, and Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform and Ansible;
• Develop reliable CI/CD pipelines while improving monitoring, logging, and release stability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki;
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to support high-availability deployments in telecom environments across Europe.

You Will Need

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or SRE Engineer, with strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, including RBAC, Ingress, networking, and storage;
• Practical experience using ArgoCD or FluxCD in production environments, alongside Helm, Kustomize, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD tooling;
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go, with experience building automation for delivery processes;
• Experience implementing monitoring solutions with Prometheus and Grafana;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms;
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or Vault for infrastructure automation and secrets management;
• Familiarity with logging and observability tools such as Loki, ELK, or OpenTelemetry;
• Experience with CI/CD security practices, including image scanning and secrets management;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
