Sixt in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for SEA Bidding & AI-Driven Performance to transform how we manage search engine advertising. You will build data-driven bidding models, run experiments, and automate data pipelines using Python and Google Ads APIs.

You will partner with Data Science, Pricing, and Platform Engineering to optimize spend across SEA, develop dashboards, and translate complex analyses into clear recommendations.

Qualificações

• Experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative marketing from tech/e-commerce/mobility.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker); Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Solid understanding of digital auction mechanics, Smart Bidding, value-based bidding, and attribution modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze performance data to model elasticity curves, marginal ROI, and optimal bidding thresholds; partner with Data Science to embed bidding models.
• Design and run structured experiments on bidding strategies and pricing interactions; instrument via Google Ads API for automated allocation and real-time result capture.
• Use SQL and BI tools to surface inefficiencies, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitive dynamics for reallocating spend.
• Build and maintain Python-based pipelines using the Google Ads API and SA360 API to automate data ingestion, bid adjustments, and campaign health monitoring.
• Develop dashboards that expose spend efficiency, incremental contribution, and market elasticity for self-serve insights across the SEA team.
• Act as the analytical bridge between SEA, Data Science, Pricing, and Platform Engineering; mentor on hypothesis-driven work and AI tooling.
