SIXT is seeking a founding-member level analytics engineer to shape how millions of euros are allocated across SEA. You’ll build end-to-end data pipelines, blend AI-driven automation, and deploy causal experiments that impact daily spending decisions.

Qualificações

• Proven track record shipping production analytics pipelines.
• Fluency in Python and SQL; comfortable building end-to-end data stacks.
• Experience with AI tooling, RAG pipelines, and agentic analytics.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build Python pipelines using the Google Ads API and SA360 for data ingestion, bid adjustments, and campaign health monitoring.
• Partner with Data Science to embed algorithmic bidding models into daily operations.
• Design and run structured incrementality experiments on bidding strategies and keyword intent tiers.
• Instrument AI-assisted workflows to surface inefficiencies and generate optimization recommendations.
• Develop and maintain data warehouse pipelines in BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake for real-time spend monitoring.
• Act as analytical bridge between SEA, Data Science, Pricing, and Platform Engineering, mentoring on hypothesis-driven work.
