Sixt Portugal is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead customer lifecycle strategy and commercial outcomes from Lisbon. You will partner with a cross-functional team in Lisbon and Munich to design AI-powered segmentation, content, and orchestration.

The role requires analytical rigor and a hands-on approach to implement autonomous CRM systems. Bring 3+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for AI-enabled innovation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing strategy with measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own a customer lifecycle stage or strategic CRM goal end-to-end with full accountability for commercial results.
• Analyze customer behavior to identify when to reach out, via which channel, and with what message using data and A/B testing.
• Contribute to building the AI agent network powering CRM operations, designing segmentation, content, personalization, and orchestration.
