Jobgether is seeking a Senior CRM Manager (Monetisation) based in Portugal to own CRM-led monetization initiatives and accelerate revenue growth. You will lead end-to-end campaigns across acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention and win-back journeys, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional CRM experience with strategic planning and hands-on campaign execution.
• Monetization mindset with ability to assess CRM initiatives by revenue potential.
• Experience managing lifecycle strategies and driving revenue growth.
• Strong technical CRM expertise, including platform configuration and automation.
• Analytical skills to track experiments and campaign performance.
• Ability to manage high volumes of customer communications with consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute CRM monetization initiatives and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
• Design, optimize, and manage lifecycle journeys across acquisition, engagement, retention, and win-back.
• Hands-on management of campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Develop audience segmentation and communication strategies, with continuous testing.
• Build an AB testing framework to evaluate hypotheses and identify improvements.
• Monitor CRM performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Manage technical CRM setup, including automation, workflows, and integrations.
