SIXT in Lisbon seeks an experienced Senior CRM Manager to lead end-to-end customer lifecycle initiatives. You will join a CRM team split between Lisbon and Munich, building AI-powered segmentation, content, personalization, and orchestration.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing strategy in mobility or travel sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes with customer data.
• Comfort with AI tooling to automate or augment CRM workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own a customer lifecycle stage or CRM goal end-to-end with commercial accountability.
• Analyze customer behavior to optimize reach, channel, and messaging with data-backed decisions.
• Contribute to building an AI agent network to power autonomous CRM operations.
• Identify manual processes and replace them with agent-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with CRM, Tech, Analytics, and Product to enrich data and signals.
