Join SIXT in Lisbon as Manager B2B Lead Strategy & Management, owning the end-to-end B2B lead lifecycle—from generation to conversion. You’ll define segmentation, lead scoring, decision rules, and handover criteria, and build AI-driven automations to scale the process.

You will shape workflows for automated qualification, leverage frameworks like BANT/CHAMP/MEDDIC, and manage KPIs and revenue forecasting with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Qualificações

• Sales experience in or alongside B2B sales and knowledge of lead and sales funnel dynamics.
• Familiarity with BANT/CHAMP/MEDDIC-style qualification frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with lead management systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and enrichment tools (ZoomInfo).
• Strategy-led, end-to-end ownership with bias for action and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Own the B2B lead lifecycle from generation to conversion, defining segmentation, lead scoring, and handover rules.
• Build automated workflows and AI-assisted rules that scale and adapt over time.
• Define qualification criteria and SLAs; minimize manual triage using modern frameworks.
• Develop and own KPIs and pipeline health metrics; report on conversion and revenue impact to leadership.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to remove automation blockers and integrate tools.
• Define cross-functional handoffs with Telesales, KAM, and GAM, aligning stakeholders around shared KPIs.
