Emagine seeks a mid/senior Business Analyst to bridge technical delivery teams and key business stakeholders in a complex software environment. You will gather intricate requirements, design functional specifications, and ensure alignment with corporate standards.

Life Sciences/Healthcare domain experience is highly valued. The role requires strong Agile practices, proficiency with JIRA/Confluence, and excellent English communication for an international project.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Functional or Business Analyst in complex software/IT environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and formal requirements gathering methodologies.
• Expert usage of JIRA, Confluence, and data mapping tools.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
• Translate high-level business objectives into detailed functional specifications, workflows, and user stories.
• Act as the primary liaison between multidisciplinary business units and technical architecture/development teams.
• Daily maintenance of product backlogs and project documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
