Qualificações

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Functional or Business Analyst in complex software/IT environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and formal requirements gathering methodologies.
• Expert usage of JIRA, Confluence, and data mapping tools.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
• Translate high-level business objectives into detailed functional specifications, workflows, and user stories.
• Act as the primary liaison between multidisciplinary business units and technical architecture/development teams.
• Daily maintenance of product backlogs and project documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst (Mid/Senior) to bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and key business stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering complex requirements, designing functional specifications, and ensuring software alignment with corporate standards.

Given our expanding portfolio, professional background or prior project experience in the Life Sciences / Healthcare sector will be highly valued and considered a major differentiator.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Engineering: Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
• Functional Specification: Translate high-level business objectives into detailed functional specifications, workflows, and user stories.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between multidisciplinary business units and technical architecture/development teams.
• Agile Management: Daily maintenance of product backlogs and project documentation using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience working as a Functional or Business Analyst in complex software/IT environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, or a related field (Highly Valued).
• Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and formal requirements gathering methodologies.
• Tools: Expert usage of JIRA, Confluence, and data mapping tools.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory due to the international nature of the project.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Domain Knowledge: Proven background, training, or project experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or the Healthcare sector.
• Certifications: Project Management or Business Analysis professional certifications (e.g., PMI-PBA, CBAP, Scrum PO).
