Tecnimede Group is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business and technical teams in a regulated healthcare environment. You will translate needs into functional specs, document user stories, and support testing and backlog prioritisation.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in IT Business Analysis or Process Consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured technical and functional requirements.
• Experience in process modelling, requirements gathering, functional testing and backlog management.
• Experience or exposure to the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, or to other regulated environments, will be valued.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the key liaison between business areas and technical teams, understanding organisational objectives and translating them into innovative technology solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and assess innovative technology solutions available in the market, in collaboration with external suppliers.
• Ensure the quality of the implementation and integration of current and future systems.
• Analyse existing business processes (As-Is) and design optimised future processes (To-Be).
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align expectations between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Support development and testing activities by clarifying requirements, participating in functional testing—including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)—and managing the defect life cycle.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner, supporting sprint planning activities.
