Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting solution delivery across complex projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, requirements, processes, and challenges.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and model current-state and future-state processes (using BPMN, flowcharts, etc.).
• Work closely with product managers, solution architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational goals.
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue tracking with stakeholders and testers.
• Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments as part of change management initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of key business milestones.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding.
• Continuously identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or business transformation environments.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in tools such as:
  • JIRA / Confluence
  • Excel, PowerPoint
  • Balsamiq / Figma / Wireframing tools (optional)
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
