Decskill is looking for an IT Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and IT teams, supporting reporting and data management solutions.

You will analyze data with SQL and Power BI, define test plans, and collaborate with international teams to deliver quality projects.

A Bachelor's degree and strong English are required; experience in banking/finance and familiarity with JIRA/Agile are a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, IT, Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Strong SQL and Power BI skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Act as intermediary between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Support reporting and data management solutions.
• Coordinate and monitor reporting activities and calendars.
• Manage and maintain reference data and data production processes.
• Provide first-level support to end users and document resolutions.
• Define, execute, and validate test plans and testing activities.
• Prepare project documentation including release notes and data models.
