Act Digital in Lisbon is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders with technical teams on international digital transformation projects.

You will gather and document requirements, translate needs into actionable specs, and facilitate collaborative sessions with diverse stakeholders across Europe. The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, plus proficiency in French and English at B2 level.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business/functional analysis or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in French (B2) and English (B2).

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear and actionable specifications for technical teams. Facilitate workshops and meetings with national and international stakeholders. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions. Support project delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. Participate in the definition, execution, and validation of functional testing activities. Monitor project priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role. Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Professional proficiency in French (minimum B2 level). Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

Nice to Have

Experience in the banking, financial services, insurance, or payments sector. Knowledge of SQL and data analysis. Experience with system integrations and APIs. Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis certifications. Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
