Job summary

Jo B Training & Coaching seeks an Experienced Commercial B2B Sales Executive with C1 French in Lisbon/Cascais to sell the Agentic OS to mid-sized and large Portuguese companies. You will own the pipeline, run first calls, and hand over to Diagnostics, with travel across Portugal and regular office presence.

You will work directly with the founder, target setups closed rather than calls booked, and maintain a precise HubSpot pipeline for accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales of software, services or consulting.
• Native Portuguese.
• Fluent English is strongly preferred.
• Discipline with follow-ups, notes and a CRM up to date.
• Curiosity about AI agents and their capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own pipeline targeting mid-sized and large Portuguese companies.
• Run first calls to understand current workflows and quantify value.
• Prepare the Diagnostic handover for engineers and clients.
• Maintain a complete HubSpot record for accurate forecasting.
• Review the pipeline with the founder weekly and involve engineers as needed.
• Attend industry events, partner meetings and client visits across Portugal.
