LUZA Group seeks a Senior Application/Production Support professional to ensure operability of production solutions, manage batch processing with Control-M, and resolve incidents across Windows/Linux environments.

You will monitor Dynatrace, deploy changes, participate in releases, and drive continuous improvements, including documentation and stakeholder communication. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualificações

• Senior-level experience in Application Support / Production Support.
• Strong knowledge of Open environments – Windows & Linux.
• Experience with Control-M for batch scheduling, monitoring and incident management.
• Knowledge of Tomcat / Apache and application deployment.
• Experience with CFT / Connect Express for file transfers.
• Knowledge of Public Cloud environments, preferably AWS or GCP.
• Experience with Kubernetes and ArgoCD.
• Experience with Dynatrace for application and infrastructure monitoring.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management tools.
• Good knowledge of ITIL V4 and Agile methodologies.
• English – B1 minimum; French – A1/B1 is a plus.
• Strong communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, rigorous and service-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the operability and availability of production solutions as L2 Support.
• Monitor and manage batch processing and production activities using Control-M.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, including application, batch and file transfer issues.
• Perform operational activities such as deployments, restarts, disaster recovery and resource management.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using Dynatrace and other monitoring tools.
• Provide technical support to application and technical teams and coordinate escalations when required.
• Participate in releases, changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimise processing chains and improve operational performance.
• Maintain operational procedures and technical documentation.
• Produce operational and performance reports and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Act as a technical integrator, ensuring compliance with DevOps best practices and standards.
