Job summary

SIXT is hiring a Full Stack Product Engineer in Lisbon to own features end-to-end in the B2B lead lifecycle. You will build and deploy on our AWS-based platform, leveraging AI agents and data scoring to turn marketing insights into revenue.

You will collaborate with marketing and business leaders in Lisbon and Munich, shipping fast with a focus on observability, security, and scalable backend/frontend work. Join our hybrid setup with flexible office days.

Qualifications

• Shipped and operated production backend services and data pipelines.
• Experience with Java and Go microservices on AWS; data scoring in Python.
• Familiar with SQL, data warehouses, and GA4 analytics.
• Direct AI coding agents and integrate AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end across the B2B lead lifecycle, from generating leads to scoring and processing them in production on AWS.
• Ship with AI coding agents and shape specs; decide what is good enough to ship.
• Integrate lead flow with platforms like Salesforce, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Own pipelines, deployments, observability, and security of services (DevSecOps by default).
