Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Portugal's Faro area seeks a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement production-grade AI agents and GenAI capabilities within our Azure environment. You will focus on LLM integration, RAG and context retrieval, agent orchestration, and structured outputs.

You'll work closely with the Solution Architect and Technical Lead to translate target architecture into reliable, secure AI services and to evaluate guardrails and production reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI and AI agents.
• Experience building RAG and retrieval-based AI solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI services and enterprise Azure environments.
• Understanding of AI security, observability and production reliability.
• Ability to work closely with architects and engineers and contribute to implementation decisions.
