Job summary

VML is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement production-grade AI agents within a hybrid Azure environment. You will focus on LLM integration, RAG, context retrieval, agent orchestration, structured outputs, guardrails and evaluation frameworks.

The role collaborates with the Solution Architect and Technical Lead to build reliable, secure AI services and to integrate them with enterprise systems. You will shape the execution as part of a global, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI and AI agents.
• Experience building RAG and retrieval-based AI solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI services and enterprise Azure environments.
• Understanding of AI security, observability and production reliability.
• Ability to work closely with architects and engineers and contribute directly to implementation and technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prompt engineering, structured outputs and tool calling.
• Build evaluation frameworks, golden datasets and automated quality testing for LLM solutions.
• Design and implement agent orchestration and AI workflows.
• Backend/API development and integration with enterprise systems.
