Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and RAG-powered solutions in a remote-capable role based in Portugal (Lisboa). You will partner with cross-functional teams to turn strategic AI concepts into production-ready applications on Azure.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software or AI engineering, hands-on Azure AI experience, and a track record of delivering enterprise-scale cloud solutions in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, machine learning, data engineering, or AI engineering.
• Experience delivering AI solutions into production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions on Azure.
• Build and operationalise Generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI Service.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data sources.
• Design AI-powered copilots, intelligent assistants, and automation solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing business applications and digital platforms.
