Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement production-grade AI agents and GenAI capabilities within client Azure environments. You will focus on LLM integration, RAG, context retrieval, agent orchestration, and secure, scalable AI services.

You will collaborate with Solution Architect and Technical Lead to translate target architecture into reliable systems, delivering structured outputs and robust backend/API integrations across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI and AI agents.
• Experience building RAG and retrieval-based AI solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI services and enterprise Azure environments.
• Understanding of AI security, observability and production reliability.
• Ability to work closely with architects and engineers and contribute to implementation decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prompt engineering, structured outputs and tool calling.
• Build evaluation frameworks, golden datasets and automated quality testing for LLM solutions.
• Design and implementing agent orchestration and AI workflows.
• Backend/API development and integration with enterprise systems.
