Job summary

VML is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement production-grade AI agents and GenAI capabilities within our Azure environment. You will focus on LLM integration, RAG, context retrieval, agent orchestration, and structured outputs.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to build secure, scalable AI services, implement evaluation frameworks, and drive reliability across enterprise systems in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI and AI agents.
• Experience building RAG and retrieval-based AI solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI services and enterprise Azure environments.
• Understanding of AI security, observability and production reliability.
• Ability to work closely with architects and engineers and contribute directly to implementation and technical decisions.
