Cloudflare is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager for Iberia & Italy to lead the regional SE team, shaping the coaching, enablement, and technical pre‑sales strategy across enterprise opportunities. You will partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to deliver scalable, AI‑driven solutions and ensure customer success.

You will mentor SEs, drive hiring and onboarding, and develop the team’s expertise in cloud-native architectures, security, and AI tooling.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership and team management experience in a technical pre‑sales or SE function.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills for a regional team.
• Experience partnering with account executives to deliver solutions to enterprise customers.

Responsabilidades

• Report on SE strengths/weaknesses and support performance management.
• Conduct 1:1’s with team members and escalate issues when needed.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Coach team on AI/ML demos, POCs, and architectural reviews.
• Stay current on AI industry developments and translate trends into enablement.
