Qualificações

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for developing and operating production software.
• Strong backend and API development experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and distributed systems.
• Experience in full software lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a team of software engineers.
• Own end-to-end delivery across the software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production operations.
• Partner with Product, AI/ML, Data, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into engineering priorities and deliverables.
• Establish architecture and engineering approaches for scalable backend services, APIs, and data processing.
• Drive predictable delivery by setting priorities, managing dependencies, and removing obstacles.
• Ensure quality, security, observability, and reliability across solutions.
• Foster collaboration between software, AI/ML, data, product, and DevOps teams and ensure production readiness.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain engineering talent.
• Promote an inclusive, accountable team culture and continuous learning.
• Navigate ambiguity and evolving technologies with disciplined engineering practices.
• Stay current with AI, analytics, data platforms, and determine where new tech adds value.
