Job summary

Cloudflare in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Customer Experience Manager who will own the post-sale journey from onboarding to renewal. You’ll partner with Sales to forecast revenue, drive renewals, and maximize upsell opportunities using AI-enabled insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer engagement across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal.
• Be a Trusted Advisor to customers by helping adopt Cloudflare products to meet their needs.
• Plan and execute long-term Success Plans with key customers to drive retention and growth.
• Present solutions to customers and highlight relevant features for their business.
• Lead renewal negotiations and craft win-win renewal contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales to forecast and meet targets.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing to resolve issues and advance goals.
• Leverage AI analytics to identify upsell opportunities and automate workflows.
