Zusammenfassung

Siemens Energy is seeking a Data Center Business Development Manager for Iberia to drive growth across Spain and Portugal. You will blend strategic development with hands-on account management, expanding our data center solutions portfolio and building strong customer relationships.

Based in Lisbon or Madrid with a hybrid work model, you will lead strategic plans, engage senior stakeholders, and collaborate with sales, product management, and regional teams to deliver integrated energy solutions

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in BD, sales or key account management.
• Experience in data centers, energy systems or industrial solutions is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the data center sector across Spain and Portugal.
• Promote our portfolio of power distribution, energy storage, grid connection, and onsite power generation solutions, tailored to customer needs.
• Provide consultative support to data center customers, helping them optimize their energy infrastructure for resilience, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, technology partners, system integrators, engineering companies, and service providers.
• Develop strategic account plans and serve as a trusted advisor to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term business growth.
• Collaborate closely with business unit sales teams, product management, regional hubs, and other Siemens Energy Business Areas to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for data center products, services, and integrated energy solutions.
• Represent Siemens Energy at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and partner engagements to strengthen market presence and expand business opportunities.
