Job summary

Deel is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth across a defined segment. You will identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers through inbound and outbound prospecting, educating prospects and generating opportunities to support pipeline growth.

The role requires strong communication, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine outreach

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound commercial role.
• Strong written and verbal communication across channels.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English + German.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting across email, phone, social channels, events, and campaigns.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and readiness to engage with sales.
• Create outreach sequences and personalized campaigns to map and penetrate accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
