AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon seeks a Scrum Master for the AI Studio to support Agile delivery teams across AI, automation, and enterprise data initiatives. You will facilitate ceremonies, help remove impediments, and drive delivery transparency to ensure value realization.

You will partner with Product Managers, Delivery Leads, engineers, data teams, DevOps, and platform owners to ensure well-prepared backlogs, predictable sprints, and measurable progress toward strategic AI

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, demos and retrospectives.
