Amgen Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead GenAI and automation delivery across distributed teams in Portugal, the US, and India. You will oversee end-to-end delivery from intake to handover, ensuring governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in a related field with 4–6 years of delivery experience, strong knowledge of Agile, and hands-on experience with GenAI and automation initiatives.

Qualificações

• Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage GenAI, AI, automation, and software initiatives from intake and discovery through design, build, evaluation, deployment, adoption, and handover.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans covering scope, milestones, deliverables, resources, dependencies, release dates, acceptance criteria, and outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery across product owners, GenAI architects, software engineers, data engineers, UX, platform and DevOps teams, security, business SMEs, and vendors.
• Lead Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and demonstrations.
