AMGEN Capability Center Portugal is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, AI Studio, to join the Applied AI team. You will shape demand, translate business needs into structured opportunities, and partner with stakeholders across the portfolio to drive measurable business outcomes.

You will support pre-delivery readiness, document value drivers, and help ensure successful handoffs to technical design and delivery teams within a global, cross-functional context.

Qualificações

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Experience in business analysis, business architecture, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and value cases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business discovery for AI, automation, process, workflow, and digital opportunities across AI Studio.
• Translate needs into structured opportunity statements with value drivers, risks, and success criteria.
• Document current and future-state processes using SIPOC, value stream maps, journey maps, and capability maps.
• Prepare opportunities for technical review with data sources, access needs, and governance considerations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness for discovery and delivery planning.
