AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead GenAI and automation delivery, coordinating with product owners, architects, engineers, data teams, and cybersecurity. You will drive delivery planning, governance readiness, and handover across Portugal, the United States, and India.

Qualificações
- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4+ years (Master’s) or 6+ years (Bachelor’s) of experience.
- Experience delivering GenAI, AI/ML, or automation initiatives within complex organizations.
- Strong collaboration across product, architecture, security, privacy, and operations teams.
Responsabilidades
- Plan and manage GenAI, AI, automation, and software initiatives from intake to deployment and handover.
- Develop integrated delivery plans with scope, milestones, and business outcomes.
- Coordinate delivery across product owners, engineers, data teams, and security partners.
- Manage multiple initiatives with clear visibility on priorities, risks, and blockers.
- Lead Agile and Scaled Agile delivery, including PI planning and cross-team coordination.
