Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Applied AI Engineering (AI Studio) in Lisbon to lead a high-performing engineering team focused on enterprise AI products. You will drive discovery, architecture, and delivery of AI solutions across business units, ensuring secure, scalable, and measurable outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, balance capacity, and champion Responsible AI, GxP, and compliance while collaborating with stakeholders across data, product, and IT functions.

• Demonstrated leadership of complex AI/automation deployments with measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Experience across full-stack engineering, data, ML/GenAI, and regulated environments.
