Amgen Capability Center in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Scrum Master to lead Agile practices within Global Commercial Operations - Digital, Technology and Innovation, supporting the ELMAC region. You will facilitate sprint planning, coaching teams, remove impediments, and ensure delivery of features with strong collaboration and value for business users.

The role requires a Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master, experience with Jira/Confluence, and ability to work with global, virtual teams in

Qualificações

• Must have certification in Scrum or SAFe and relevant agile experience.
• Experience guiding teams through Agile events and ensuring adherence to practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in a global, cross-functional setting.
• Experience with data-driven delivery and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and facilitate agile events including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos and backlog refinement.
• Guide and coach the team in applying Agile frameworks and practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog for high-value outcomes.
• Identify and remove impediments; escalate risks and dependencies.
• Foster continuous improvement and DevOps culture.
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with sprint goals and team objectives.
• Support scaling Agile with PI planning and cross-team ceremonies.
