AMGEN Capability Center Portugal is seeking a Senior Manager, Applied AI Engineering (AI Studio) in Lisbon. You will lead a high-performing team delivering secure, production-ready AI solutions from discovery through deployment, partnering with business units to translate challenges into scalable AI products.

You will drive capacity planning, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration across data, software, and compliance domains, ensuring measurable business impact and responsible AI

Qualificações

• Proven people leadership with hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Experience leading multiple complex production AI, automation and data deployments.
• Strong technical credibility across enterprise full-stack engineering, data and AI, with governance and production operations.
• Ability to translate complexity into coherent technical plans, allocate capacity and manage cross-team dependencies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI Studio teams from discovery to deployment and measurable outcomes.
• Develop roadmaps, staffing plans and technical workstreams for multiple projects.
• Drive responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance across programs.
• Sponsor reusable architectures, playbooks and acceleration tools for enterprise delivery.
