Job summary

Vtv Portugal, Unipessoal Lda is seeking a Sales Support Orders Administrator in Lisbon. You will handle Order-To-Cash processes in SAP, respond to customer inquiries, and manage sales orders and delivery schedules.

The role requires at least 5 years in Customer Service/Order Processing, strong SAP experience (PS4/P41) and advanced Excel skills, with excellent communication in an international setting. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

Job Description:

• Handle Order-To-Cash transactions in SAP & other systems and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Sales order processing and fulfilment. Follow up order delivery schedule, shipping and delivery arrangement
• Liaison with internal stakeholders, factories, suppliers and customers on sales enquiry, material availability and delivery lead time to drive for excellent customer services level
• Maintain system data accuracy and conduct various analysis reports for management review
• Participate in regular customer and supplier review meetings, providing order status updates and ensuring all required reports are delivered accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any discipline
• At least 5 years of working experience inCustomer Service/Order Processing role
• Solid SAP (PS4/P41) experience is mandatory, proficiency in MS Excel
• Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and sense of responsibilities
• Able to prioritize tasks with minimum supervision and able to act in a timely manner to prevent customer escalations
• Problem Solving & able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Experience in working with suppliers in Asia is an added advantage
• Adapt to working in an international environment with multidisciplinary teamsFluent in English, business read & write, French or Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available is highly preferred
