PwC is seeking a SAP CX Consultant to join our Technology Consulting practice. You will support clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Customer Experience solutions across Sales and Service to drive growth and enhance customer experiences.

You will work in a consulting environment, collaborating with client stakeholders in workshops, documenting requirements, and guiding junior team members. The role requires hands-on SAP CX experience and strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on SAP CX implementation and adoption focusing on Sales and Service processes.
• Gather and document business requirements via workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to align with best practices.
• Configure SAP CX solutions and support functional design activities.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.
• Support testing, deployment, training, and change management activities.
• Lead requirements gathering and solution design workshops with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
