Job summary

PwC is seeking a SAP CX Consultant to join our Technology Consulting practice. You will support clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Customer Experience solutions across Sales and Service to drive growth and enhance customer experiences.

You will work in a consulting environment, collaborating with client stakeholders in workshops, documenting requirements, and guiding junior team members. The role requires hands-on SAP CX experience and strong communication in English.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Experience or strong interest in Sales, Service, and Customer Experience business processes
• Hands-on project experience with SAP CX implementations is required
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Professional proficiency in English
• Availability to work in a consulting environment with flexibility to travel when required
