PwC Portugal in Lisbon is seeking an SAP FI/CO Lead to drive finance transformation initiatives for clients, shaping SAP Finance strategies and delivering complex solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

You will mentor consultants, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help embed best practices across SAP FI/CO, TRM, FSCM, and SAC while traveling as needed.

Qualificações

• Degree in informatics, computer science or related fields.
• At least 6 years of experience in ABAP development (Adobe forms, CDS views, reports, enhancements), SAPUI5 and basic BTP knowledge.
• Experience in leading teams and being a leader.
• Knowledge of ATC tool; unit and quality tests.
• At least one SAP certification.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on SAP Finance capabilities, industry leading practices, and transformation roadmaps.
• Analyze client business requirements and align them with SAP's portfolio of solutions and innovation offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance and other ERP modules, including MM and SD.
• Support the implementation and optimization of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), SAP FSCM, and reporting solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Mentor and develop consultants, contributing to the growth and maturity of the SAP Finance practice.

The role – SAP FI/CO Lead

As an SAP FI/CO Lead, you will play a key role in leading finance transformation initiatives, advising clients on SAP best practices, and delivering complex SAP Finance solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives


• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on SAP Finance capabilities, industry leading practices, and transformation roadmaps


• Analyze client business requirements and align them with SAP's portfolio of solutions and innovation offerings


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance and other ERP modules, including MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution)


• Support the implementation and optimization of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management), and reporting solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)


• Mentor and develop consultants, contributing to the growth and maturity of the SAP Finance practice

Your profile

• You successfully completed your degree in informatics, computer science or related fields


• You have working experience of, at least, 6 years in ABAP development (adobe forms, CDS views, reports, enhancements), SAPUI5 and BTP basic knowledge


• You have experience in managing teams and being a leader


• You have know-how in ATC tool; unit and quality tests


• You have at least one SAP certification


• Willingness to travel
