Job summary

PwC Portugal is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Service Lead Consultant to drive service transformation, advising clients on SAP Service Management and delivering SAP S/4HANA Service solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer service excellence.

You will design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Service Management, manage service master data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules; travel willingness is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or related field.
• 5–7 years SAP consulting experience with at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Service implementations.
• Hands-on configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management solutions.
• Advise clients, facilitate requirements workshops and fit-gap assessments.
• Configure and optimize service processes: contracts, quotations, orders, confirmations, repairs, warranty claims, and billing.
• Manage service master data: equipment, locations, IBase, service products, contracts, SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for SAP Service Management integration with SD, LE, MM, Finance; support FSM, PM, PS integration.

SAP S/4Hana Service Lead Consultant

As an SAP S/4HANA Service Lead Consultant, you will play a key role in driving service transformation initiatives, advising clients on leading SAP Service Management practices, and delivering innovative SAP S/4HANA Service solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating requirements workshops, fit-gap assessments, and solution design activities
• Configure and optimize core service processes, including Service Contracts, Service Quotations, Service Orders, Service Confirmations, In-House Repair, Warranty Claims, Solution Quotation and Subscription and Periodic Billing
• Manage and optimize service master data and service-related objects, including Equipment, Functional Locations, Installed Base (IBase), Service Products, Service Contract Items, and SLA/Response Profiles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Service Management and other SAP modules, particularly SD, LE, MM, and Finance
• Support integration initiatives involving SAP Field Service Management (FSM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Project Systems (PS).

Your profile

• You successfully completed your degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• You have at least 5 to 7 years of SAP consulting experience, including a minimum of two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Service implementations
• You possess strong hands-on configuration expertise across SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes
• Knowledge of Spanish is considered a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel
