PwC is seeking an SAP ABAP Leader to drive SAP transformations, leading design, development, and implementation of ABAP solutions within SAP S/4HANA. You will mentor ABAP professionals, set development standards, and drive delivery excellence across projects.

You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to define roadmaps, align SAP capabilities with strategic objectives, and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within an international team.

Qualificações

• Degree in informatics, computer science or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in ABAP development (Adobe Forms, CDS views, reports, enhancements).
• Experience with SAPUI5 and basic knowledge of BTP.
• Experience in managing teams and being a leader.
• Knowledge of ATC tool; unit and quality tests.
• At least one SAP certification.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel.

The role–SAP ABAP Leader

As an SAPABAP Leader, you will play a key leadership role in driving the successfuldelivery of SAP transformation initiatives, helping clients maximize the valueof their SAP investments. You will lead the design, development, andimplementation of innovative ABAP solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments,while guiding teams, shaping technical strategy, and ensuring deliveryexcellence across projects.

Beyondhands-on technical expertise, you will be responsible for mentoring anddeveloping ABAP professionals, establishing development standards and bestpractices, and acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and internalstakeholders. You will collaborate closely with business and technology leadersto define solution roadmaps, address complex challenges, and align SAPcapabilities with strategic business objectives.

As part ofan experienced and international team, you will foster a culture of innovation,collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumentalin delivering scalable, high-quality SAP solutions that drive businessefficiency, enable transformation, and create long-term value for our clients.

• You successfully completed your degree in informatics, computer science or related fields
• You have working experience of, at least, 6 years in ABAP development (adobe forms, CDS views, reports, enhancements), SAPUI5 and BTP basic knowledge
• You have experience in managing teams and being a leader
• You have know-how in ATC tool; unit and quality tests
• You have at least one SAP certification
• You have full working proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel
