The role – SAP ABAP Leader

As an SAP ABAP Leader, you will play a key leadership role in driving the successful delivery of SAP transformation initiatives, helping clients maximize the value of their SAP investments. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative ABAP solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments, while guiding teams, shaping technical strategy, and ensuring delivery excellence across projects.

Beyond hands-on technical expertise, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing ABAP professionals, establishing development standards and best practices, and acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with business and technology leaders to define solution roadmaps, address complex challenges, and align SAP capabilities with strategic business objectives.

As part of an experienced and international team, you will foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering scalable, high‑quality SAP solutions that drive business efficiency, enable transformation, and create long‑term value for our clients.

• You successfully completed your degree in informatics, computer science or related fields
• You have working experience of, at least, 6 years in ABAP development (adobe forms, CDS views, reports, enhancements), SAPUI5 and BTP basic knowledge
• You have experience in managing teams and being a leader
• You have know‑how in ATC tool; unit and quality tests
• You have at least one SAP certification
• You have full working proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel

An understanding of IT landscapes and connecting IT systems is an advantage.
