Job summary

PwC Portugal's Technology Consulting practice invites you to join our SAP Customer Experience team. You will design, implement, and optimize customer-centric solutions across Sales and Service, partnering with clients to drive growth and elevate the customer experience.

You will gather requirements, configure SAP CX, and support testing, training, and change management. You will mentor junior team members and participate in knowledge sharing across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience or strong interest in Sales, Service, and Customer Experience processes.
• Hands-on project experience with SAP CX implementations is required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Availability to work in a consulting environment with flexibility to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on the implementation and adoption of SAP Customer Experience solutions, focusing on Sales and Service processes.
• Gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes to align with industry best practices.

• Preparing functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.
