Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage portfolios of B2B clients and agency partners in an on-site role.

You will reach out to new advertisers, support onboarding, build long-term relationships, and help clients succeed on our platform through outbound calls and strategic coordination with internal and agency teams.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising agencies or advertising tech.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and campaign planning.
• Advanced communication and objection handling skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to manage portfolios of B2B clients and agency partners. In this on-site role based in Lisbon, you will drive growth by reaching out to new advertisers, supporting onboarding, building long-term relationships, and helping clients succeed on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to new Direct advertisers and Agencies
• Support onboarding and activation of clients
• Ensure advertisers feel confident using our platform (mainly via outbound calls)
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Drive advertising success across various business segments
• Partner with agencies to scale impact across clients
• Coordinate strategically across internal and agency teams
• Handle frequent objections and provide advanced performance consultation
• Develop proposals and deliver closed-loop reporting
• Analyze data and optimize performance with a data-driven mindset

Requirements

• English level C1–C2
• 1–2 years of experience working with or in digital advertising agencies or advertising tech
• Familiarity with digital platforms and campaign planning
• Advanced communication and objection handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships concurrently
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and industry trends
