Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Sales Development Representative focused on English-speaking B2B clients and agency partners. This on-site role involves outbound outreach, onboarding support, building lasting relationships, and guiding advertisers to success on our platform.

You will engage directly with advertisers and agencies, manage multiple campaigns, and communicate effectively to overcome objections while delivering data-driven performance insights.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising or ad tech.
• Experience with direct outreach and onboarding.
• Strong communication and objection handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships.
• English proficiency C1–C2.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to manage portfolios of B2B clients and agency partners. In this on-site role based in Lisbon, you will drive growth by reaching out to new advertisers, supporting onboarding, building long-term relationships, and helping clients succeed on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to new Direct advertisers and Agencies
• Support onboarding and activation of clients
• Ensure advertisers feel confident using our platform (mainly via outbound calls)
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Drive advertising success across various business segments
• Partner with agencies to scale impact across clients
• Coordinate strategically across internal and agency teams
• Handle frequent objections and provide advanced performance consultation
• Develop proposals and deliver closed-loop reporting
• Analyze data and optimize performance with a data-driven mindset

Requirements

• English level C1–C2
• 1–2 years of experience working with or in digital advertising agencies or advertising tech
• Familiarity with digital platforms and campaign planning
• Advanced communication and objection handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships concurrently
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and industry trends
