Job summary

Lottusse, a premium fashion brand with a rich heritage, invites you to join our Porto store as a proactive Sales Assistant. You will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience to local and international customers, upholding brand standards and sales targets.

The role includes replenishing stock, assisting at checkout, keeping the store tidy, and collaborating with the team. English fluency is preferred, and weekends/rotating shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably luxury retail.
• Excellent communication, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
• Basic Microsoft Office and POS system knowledge.
• Intermediate/advanced English; other languages are a plus.

What will you do?

• Assist and advise both local and international customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
• Manage product replenishment, labelling, and organisation within the store, always maintaining the required presentation standards.
• Support checkout and payment operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain Lottusse’s brand standards.
• Ensure the store’s appearance, organisation, and cleanliness are aligned with the company’s style and values.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally within retail or luxury brands.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and towards sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Intermediate/advanced level of English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.

Conditions

• Permanent contract.
