Lottusse, a premium fashion brand with a rich heritage, invites you to join our Porto store as a proactive Sales Assistant. You will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience to local and international customers, upholding brand standards and sales targets.

The role includes replenishing stock, assisting at checkout, keeping the store tidy, and collaborating with the team. English fluency is preferred, and weekends/rotating shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably luxury retail.
• Excellent communication, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
• Basic Microsoft Office and POS system knowledge.
• Intermediate/advanced English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist local and international customers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Manage replenishment, labeling and store organization to standards.
• Support checkout and payment operations with accuracy and efficiency.
